Lee County Sheriff Contacts

The sheriff owns the county booking and Arrest/Release Form route. Call first because no dedicated records hours, standard turnaround, downloadable blank, or photo fee was verified.

The county publishes a $5 first copy and $1 added-copy price for the Arrest/Release Form, paid by money order unless directed otherwise. Cash is not accepted.

MDOC Record Contacts

Mississippi Department of Corrections public-record requests must be written and are not accepted by telephone. Use the Legal Division route for formal requests and the Records Department for operational time, jail-credit, or eligibility questions.

Lee Supervision and Court Contacts

The Clark Street office handles appropriate Lee County community-supervision questions. Court documents must come from the clerk that holds the case.
